Item arrived after one week which I consider as normal delivery time. Checked the item and found that it is defective. There were extensive discolorations on the surface of shelves (result of manufacturing defects or incorrect storage conditions). Contacted seller by phone and sent pictures of defects as proof. After that seller just went silent. My contact attempts using phone or e-mail were not answered for right now almost a month. Do not see any other options as to call credit card company and start disputing transaction. Never ever will buy anything from this seller and will be very cautios with all Amazon advertized sellers. I expected, that since Amazon was advertising this sellers, return and exchange policies should be painless as in Amazon. The shelves were all chipped around the edges, underneath the stain which indicates that this occured during the manufacturing process not during shipping. The cam locks and bolts were so cheap fully 1/2 of the locks broke during assembly. We have contacted the seller (Moshya Home Furnishings) to remedy the situation. They have responded in a timely fashion, but are not fully addressing the requests each time. We have had to send multiple emails to get the re-order correct. The parts have yet to arrive (1-1/2 weeks later), so it is still to be determined if this unit can be salvaged or not.
